Presentation of the W J Liu Esq OBE Memorial Prize for Chinese Studies

April 2005

By tradition the last presentation at the Annual Prize Night of the UNSW Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences is the W J LIU ESQ OBE MEMORIAL PRIZE FOR CHINESE STUDIES covering both the Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences and the Faculty of Commerce and Economics.

The prize for achievement during 2004 was awarded to Thomas Randall and the occasion marked the 22nd anniversary of the launch of this prize on the death of William Liu on April 25 1983.
